1. Jerseys
It was resolved to
buy club 100 jerseys from Rising Sun. Lead time 6/8 weeks.
Action item: Bob will investigate getting skin suits
from same source.
2. Racing
Action item: Gary will contact state racing organization
for schedule.
3. Constitution/Bylaws
Action: A subcommittee was appointed to study and
recommend changes to the Club Constitution and Bylaws. Members of the committee are Scotty and
Doug.

Ride Committee was appointed. Members:

5. Discussion
Grant and Dusty
know of a nice ride near Na'alehu. It
is proposed to make it venue for an HCC "Fun Ride".
To avoid
scheduling conflicts it is desired to know the 2006 Peaman Schedule.
Scotty mentioned
the possibility of a New Years day East Hawaii ride from Hilo to Volcano
National Park.
Gary: Sea to Stars
ride will mostly be around August.
Steve: District TT
should be before or after Honu race.
Gary: We need
another race official trained.
Bob: Each
Committee should produce a budget and submit it to the Treasurer.
Steve: Suggests
doing two HCC races in one weekend to draw Oahu crowd.
Grant: Proposes an
email poll of the members to find out what they would like the club to be doing
in 2006. Grant will make draft of the
proposed poll and send it to the club officers for review.
6.
Announcements:
Grant: Harley
Davidson shop is sponsoring bike give-away to needy kids on December 17. He proposes HCC get involved. Grant will talk to them to figure out what
we can do.
Leonard: Dusty and Dan have taken over answer email.
Leonard: Andy has
taken over handling membership. Some
members are due to renew.
